Carcass Washer

Equipment for washing pig or beef carcasses, whether in pre-scalding pigs, at the limits between dirty and clean areas and at the end of lines that precede the chambers for equalizing/cooling carcasses.

Capacity:

Up to 600 pigs/h.

Up to 180 cattle/h.


Features:

Tubular structure and bent profiles, fairing in formed sheets and lower chute for collection. Guides ensure the position of the carcasses that are being transported by conveyors or devices coupled to rails. It can be supplied in static configurations (nozzles/showers do not move) and mobile (nozzles/showers move vertically or vertically inclined) depending on the speed of the slaughter line. An electrical system controls the motor pump(s), valve train and nozzles, all calculated to achieve efficiency and uniformity in washing.
