Paw Changing Device
Device for raising a small section of rail and on it a reel attached to the bovine carcass's shank in order to rail one leg at a time in the initial skinning process, and can also be used to release the shank (pealo) quickly, safely and without any effort from the operator.

Features:
Robust construction structure, following the profile of the rail/conveyor belt, sliding cylindrical guides in bushings made of special material for the function, pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder, safety locks, position sensors and with manual or automatic actuation. The hydraulic configuration ensures uniformity in movements, as well as precision in stops in intermediate positions, while the pneumatic configuration is more economical to implement.
